Celebrate Every Day on Whyte Ave

Take a walk down Edmonton’s famed Whyte Ave on any given day and you’ll see someone celebrating something: a birthday, an anniversary, graduation from university or high school, a promotion at work, or just a plain old great day.

In historical Old Strathcona, amidst the charms of old-fashioned architecture, Whyte Ave offers some of the best window shopping and people watching you will find anywhere in Canada. The Ave is full of one-of-a-kind shops selling one-of-a-kind products. It’s also alive with buskers and dog-walkers, Moms pushing baby carriages, and old friends having great conversations in a café or coffee shop.

On Whyte Ave, there’s no shortage of restaurants with the tastiest international cuisine… and no shortage of whatever kind of nightlife you prefer, from live theatre to live music to hitting the dance floor at the kind of club where you feel great in your hottest club wear.

Whyte Ave’s waiting for you. The only question you have to ask yourself is: what are you in the mood to celebrate?
