Join us on Saturday\, December 3 for a FREE 30-minute morning workout that will get your heart pumping! \nIf you’ve always wanted to try a November Project workout but aren’t quite ready for their regular scheduled programming on Mon/Wed/Fri at 6AM – then this is the day for you!
