Produced by GeriActors Theatre\, this unique festival celebrates the creativity and artistry of older adults and includes performances\, workshops\, and more! \nOct 3\n– Celebrate 25 years of GeriActors at the premiere of the documentary “GeriActors & Friends Intergenerational Theatre: From Playfulness to Performance” (6-8pm). \nOct 4\n– Start your day telling stories at our Storytelling workshop (10am-1pm)\, and then put on your red nose and play at Introduction to Clowning (2-5pm).\n– Join us for an evening of Stories\, Songs\, and Stage (7-9pm). Featuring captivating stories told by Bethany Ellis\, improvised fun from Rapid Fire’s Improv for the Fabulously Mature\, and more\, this cabaret show is sure to delight all ages. \nTickets to all festival events are pay-what-you-will. DESCRIPTION:House of Hush Burlesque and Glitterverse Productions are extremely proud to bring Big Band Burlesque to Edmonton for the first time\, at the gorgeous Varscona Theatre! Join us on Saturday\, October 4\, 2025 as we head on an adventure with the Midnight Blue Jazz Society and their 17 piece big brass band as they lead us through the decades with added flavours of swing\, jazz\, blues\, latin\, funk\, classic rock and their own take on modern hits.
