Upcycling Tins – Projects with Paper – Artelier Studios

November 25 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Upcycling Tins – Projects with Paper Workshop with Shelly Banks

Have great old vintage tins from cookies, make-up or even some of your grandmother gave you but hate to throw out?  Well now you can put them to good use with style! Choose from decorative paper from The Japanese Paper Place (chiyogami, etc) or Lokta paper from Nepal or even old wrapping paper (birthday wrap or xmas wrap) you love but can’t bear to throw out either? Shelly will show you how to create beautiful upcycled tins for gift-giving, cookies, mementoes, or art supply holders by applying paper to edges effortlessly and then cap them off with the tops and bottoms.  A great way to makes what’s old new again.
