Join us for #TakeOutTuesday
On Tuesdays in December, we’re asking everyone to share their favourite Old Strathcona restaurants and hospitality businesses on Twitter and Instagram. And 5 people will be getting a $100 gift card for their next meal, late night snacks or all the coffee, courtesy of the Old Strathcona Business Association.
Whether you want to order-in, or your regular spots have temporarily closed to in-person dining, this is a great way to support Edmonton businesses, and maybe land yourself some free food. And you get to tell everyone where the best burger, breakfast or dessert can be found!
How To Enter
1. On Tuesdays in December, post on Twitter and Instagram about your favourite Old Strathcona restaurants, coffee shops and any business that has take-out, pick-up, curbside and delivery food options.
2. Make sure to include the hashtag #TakeOutTuesday and tag us, @OldStrathcona, and the business so we can see your entry, or reply to one of our posts and tag the restaurant.
3. We’ll draw up to 5 winners on December 1, 8 and 15
4. We’ll also do one bonus draw each week for people sharing a recent photo of themselves volunteering at or donating to a food-based non-profit in Edmonton (please remove or blur out any personal information)
Winners will be announced on Tuesdays, so stay tuned! Contest runs from December 1, 2020 11AM MST until December 15, 2020 11:59PM MST. Open to local residents only in the Edmonton area. No purchase necessary. Maximum gift card value is $100. All efforts will be made to secure prizes at chosen businesses subject to availability. Entries are not limited but only one gift may be awarded per entrant. This contest is not administered by or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
