Agave with Delavoye Chocolate

Xavier spent a number of months basking in the sun in Mexico – we’re all jealous – aside from the wonderful tan he also learned a tonne about the finer points of agave and tequila that he can now share with you!
Here are the 6 samples of agave that walk you through the different regions and spirits of Mexico:

- Allipus Espadine
- San Luis Potosi Salmiana
- Don Mateo Pachuga
- Raicilla Tabernas
- Lost Lore Stout Cask
Each of these fabulous spirits will be paired with Delavoye Chocolate.
