The Paint Spot Presents: Learn to Draw Hands
May 12 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Hands are one of the most expressive parts of human anatomy. They are also the bane of most artist’s existences. They can be incredibly frustrating to understand and translate to paper. In this workshop, students will run through a series of modules and exercises, focusing on how to approach, construct, and understand how to draw the human hand.
This class will also promote Sketchbook experimentation. Finding the joy of drawing and figuring things out. Making mistakes is not something to shy away from, but something that helps build confidence and reinforce a stronger understanding of the medium.

Daniel is a cartoonist and illustrator based out of Edmonton. He has had produced art for numerous galleries and restaurants across Edmonton. His blend of tradition and classical anatomy mixed with modern cartooning has made a big splash in the community.
