The Whyte Avenue Art Walk returns to the streets and parks of Old Strathcona on July 10th-12th, 2026 from 10 am-5 pm daily. With more than 470 visual artists participating, patrons will find an original piece of visual art to suit any style. Wear comfortable shoes–this is a BIG, beautiful extravaganza that celebrates the creativity and talent of artists at every stage of their careers. Art Walk provides an opportunity to meet artists, learn more about processes and materials, and take home a personal story.



An Artful Art walk adventure
The Whyte Avenue Art Walk is a free, all-ages festival that celebrates Edmonton’s creative community—what better neighbourhood for this beloved festival than Old Strathcona! Explore over 450 artists, enjoy live music, check out sand sculptures on 83rd Ave, and visit diverse local businesses. Spanning nearly 10 city blocks, Art Walk fills the streets along Whyte Ave from 103-107 Street, 83rd Ave from 103-104 St, and SouthBARK and Dr. Wilbert McIntyre Park. It’s the largest and longest running Art Walk in Edmonton!
