Edmonton’s Sweetest Festival Returns to Whyte Ave!

Old Strathcona is home to numerous cafes and bakeshops that offer unique and delicious treats for everyone. Back for another year, our Sweet Treats & Latte Festival highlights the amazing sweet treat businesses throughout the the district, and is the perfect cure for the winter blues. Visit participating businesses from February 10th to 25th, 2024, for a sweet pick-me-up, and to fill out your coffee card for a chance to win weekly prizes, and the opportunity to win a Super Sweet Staycation!

Ways to win

COLLECT ‘EM ALL – Explore the sweet side of Old Strathcona with your Sweet Treats & Latte Festival coffee card. Pick one up at any participating location and collect a sticker every time you purchase feature menu items. Collect 5-10 stickers and you could win one of four $100 gift cards from Old Strathcona businesses. Collect 10+ stickers for a chance to win one of two Super Sweet Staycations valued at $400. TO ENTER – DM us a photo of your filled-in coffee card on Instagram, or drop a photo by email to marketing@oldstrathcona.ca.

SHARE YOUR PHOTOS – Fill your social feed (posts only) with photos and videos of #SweetTreatsYeg drinks and treats and you’re automatically entered to win weekly prizes of $75 for participating cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and pet stores. Make sure to tag us @OldStrathcona and use the hashtag #SweetTreatsYEG so we see your entries.

Winners will be announced on social media and contacted directly. Contests run from February 10, 2024 6AM MT until February 25, 2024 11:59PM MT. Open to local residents only in the Edmonton area. All efforts will be made to secure prizes at chosen businesses subject to availability. In all contests, entries are not limited but only one gift card or prize may be awarded per entrant. This contest is not administered by or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
