Collective Healing Centre Presents: Anxiety/Stress Yoga Series
April 18 - May 23

The anxiety/stress yoga series is a 6-week series designed to help support individuals experiencing anxiety and stress through gentle, accessible movement and mindfulness practices. This class series is taught by yoga instructor and provisional psychologist, Laura McLaughlin. Each class focuses on calming the nervous system through breathwork, grounding techniques, and slow, intentional yoga postures that encourage relaxation and body awareness. As you move through the series, you will build on these practices, helping you manage anxiety and stress.
When: Saturdays from 2-3 PM, starting April 18, 2026

Cost: $168 + GST for full series
