Kids Knitting Camp at Little Blue Fibre Studio

Join us over 5 days starting at the end of June for our first kid’s knitting camp taught by early-childhood educator and knitting expert, Lyndsey Bajer.

We will be working on a few different knitting crafts over the 5 days. Students will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, and cast off to work on the different projects. From handmade coasters and drink cozies to dish cloths (or doll blankets!) and pompom critters, we will have a ton of fun while learning foundational knitting skills to set kids up for a lifetime of learning.

We ask that students are at least 8 years old to attend this class. Although there is no minimum age for learning to knit, we have chosen a minimum age of 8 for this camp keeping in mind individual dexterity, fine-motor skills, interest, and attention span.

Skill Level: no experience required. Materials included: all supplies will be included for this camp. No need to bring anything along!
