Old Strathcona Farmers’ Market Presents: Harvest Festival
September 27 - September 28

Celebrate community, history, and the harvest season at our 2nd annual Harvest Festival: Historical Roots, Root Vegetables. Bring the whole family for a day full of food, fun, and history. Admission is free! Highlights include:
- Free family activities: face painting, balloon twisting, caricatures & henna tattoos
- Live music & interactive performances by Amanda Panda Hula Hoop Circus
- Corn on the cob eating contest on Sunday (free to enter, but must register as spots are limited)
- Free Bannock-making workshop led by Chef Shane Chartrand
- Giveaways & the unveiling of our new “History of the OSFM” case
- A special visit from ETS with one of their historic buses that once lived right here in the market building!
