The Paint Spot Presents: Beginner Embroidery Workshop
May 22 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join fibre artist Darcy Hoover for a hands-on embroidery class where you’ll design and stitch a botanical image using basic embroidery techniques. Learn how to transfer designs, create foundational stitches, and finish your work. Perfect for beginners! Darcy brings 30+ years of experience and training from the Royal School of Needlework. In this course you will choose from a selection of botanical images and design and stitch the image using basic embroidery stitches. Your instructor will provide graphics, videos, and in-person advice on design, stitch choices, and technique. When your botanical image is finished it can be framed within the hoop.
